Are all of your hats the same?

Each hat is custom made. No two hats are identical. The style is the same but can vary when placing the stones.

Do your hats come in different colors?

If you want a custom order or style that is not shown, please send your request through our contact us page. Prices will start at $99 for customer orders.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in the US.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?

We accept accept all major credit cards through paypal.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit.

DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?

We do our best to restock the best selling styles.

DOES JOINING THE WAITLIST “GUARANTEE” ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUY A HAT WHEN IT'S IN STOCK?

Since we do not yet know the number of hats that will be made, we are unable to guarantee availability for everyone. When the hat is available you will be notified by email and given 48 hours to complete your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to WIM.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • WIM diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will receive a store credit.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 

WHEN MAKING AN EXCHANGE:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
